1. Our Pact with You: Accepting These Terms

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") that govern your use of the sports betting and casino game services ("Services") offered on our platform, 1win-ke.africa. By creating an account, placing a bet, or using any part of our Services, you are entering into a legally binding contract with 1win. You confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these rules, our Privacy Policy, and any other regulations we publish. If you do not agree, you must cease using our Services immediately. These Terms are established under and governed by the laws of Kenya.

2. Your 1win Passport: Account Eligibility and Integrity

Your account is your personal gateway to our Services. To maintain a fair and compliant environment for all, you must adhere to the following principles:

2.1. The Golden Rule: Age and Location

In strict compliance with Kenyan law and regulations set by the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB), you must be 18 years of age or older to open an account and use our Services. You must also be a resident of Kenya. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any point.

2.2. One Player, One Account

Each individual is permitted to register and operate only one (1) account with 1win. We employ checks to detect duplicate accounts. Any such accounts will be suspended or closed, with all related transactions potentially voided.

2.3. Your Duty of Honesty

You are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and thereafter. This is essential for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and to ensure the security of your account and the integrity of our financial transactions. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.

2.4. Securing Your Access

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). All activity conducted through your account will be considered valid. You must notify 1win immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

3. The Rules of the Game: User Conduct and Prohibited Actions

To ensure fairness and security, the following actions are strictly forbidden on the 1win platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen funds, compromised payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial fraud or money laundering.
• Unfair Advantage: Employing artificial intelligence, bots, or any software designed to automate play or manipulate game outcomes.
• System Exploitation: Abusing any bug, error, or loophole in our software for personal gain.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage against the house or other users.

A breach of these conduct rules will result in immediate account termination, the voiding of all associated bets and winnings, and potential legal action.

4. Banking with 1win: Financial Transactions

All financial transactions must be conducted in good faith. You confirm that you are the legal owner of the funds you deposit into your 1win account. All withdrawals are subject to our internal verification processes and may require you to submit additional documentation to confirm your identity, in line with Kenyan financial regulations.

5. Our Digital Property: The 1win Brand and Software

The 1win name, logo, graphics, and all software and content on 1win-ke.africa are the exclusive intellectual property of the company and its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of this property is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of both these Terms and international copyright law.

6. Understanding Our Limits: Disclaimers and Liability

Our Services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for perfection, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, 1win shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of data, or damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability in all cases is limited to the amount of the stake of the disputed wager.

7. The Final Word: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed exclusively by the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts to resolve any and all matters or disputes connected to your use of 1win Services.
